Where we ship
We currently ship across India. For international delivery, please message us on WhatsApp at 9717014636 — we will confirm availability and charges for your country.
Dispatch and delivery time
Orders are dispatched within [2–4] working days of payment confirmation. Delivery usually takes [5–10] working days depending on your location. Made-to-order or personalised items (such as framed photos) may need additional time, which we will inform you of on WhatsApp.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, are communicated on WhatsApp before you pay. There are no hidden charges — the amount confirmed on WhatsApp is the final amount.
Tracking
Once dispatched, we share the courier name and tracking details with you on WhatsApp.
Delays and incorrect addresses
Courier delays due to weather, strikes or other factors beyond our control may occur; we will help you follow up. Please ensure your address and phone number are correct — re-shipping due to an incorrect address provided by the customer may incur additional charges.
Damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please record a short unboxing video and photos and send them to us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. See our Refund & Return Policy for how we resolve this.
