Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Sacred and personalised items

Because our products are devotional and sacred in nature (such as the Charan Paduka Box) and several items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review the photos, size and details we share on WhatsApp carefully before confirming your order.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was confirmed, contact us on WhatsApp at 9717014636 within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video. After verification we will, at your choice, send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order free of charge any time before dispatch by messaging us on WhatsApp — you will receive a full refund. Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch. Personalised/made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once work has begun.

Refund method and timeline

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (UPI/bank account) within 7 working days of approval. We will confirm on WhatsApp once the refund is processed.
